Silberman Group is proud to announce and welcome Kristin Young as Operations and Compliance Manager. In this role, Kristin will provide leadership to the Accounts Management team and oversight to the company’s compliance division.
Kristin brings 20 years relevant experience to Silberman Group. She began her career as an Attorney before transitioning to the Human Resources and Payroll sphere. Her work as a Human Resources Director at a local transportation company for many years provided an excellent foundation for looking at situations from the client’s perspective. Kristin also worked in the payroll services and HR technology field for several years with a focus on superior customer service.

Kristin received her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She holds a PHR certification from HRCI and SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management.
